Support the Ukrainian government and foreign donors (EU) in utilizing data, modern technologies, and secure practices for transparently managing public funds and foreign aid dedicated to infrastructure restoration and rebuilding projects.

Ukraine is currently facing unprovoked aggression from Russia and is receiving substantial foreign aid for infrastructure restoration and rebuilding projects, with the European Union being a significant contributor. The goal of the Pilot is to assist the Ukrainian government and donors, including the EU, in optimizing the utilization of their data, open data, modern technologies, and secure practices. This includes enhancing the management of public funds and foreign aid and the mitigation of potential corruption risks in procurement procedures.
